We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team operating in the Marine Energy and Ship Owning industry.

 

As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing a welcoming and efficient service.

This role also involves handling various administrative tasks in cooperation with the finance team to support the smooth operation of our office.

ACTIVITIES

  • Welcome guests and clients with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ensure a hospitable environment at the reception area.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, pantry, and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure all areas are presentable and well-stocked.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
  • Manage appointment bookings and meeting room reservations.
  • Coordinate courier services and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Monitor and manage stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of office essentials.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, including handling feedback and complaints.
  • Basic proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to assist where needed.
