JOB DESCRIPTION
Fratelli Cosulich Singapore is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist / Admin to join our dynamic team operating in the bunker trading and Ship Owning industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing a welcoming and efficient service.
This role also involves handling various administrative tasks in cooperation with the finance team to support the smooth operation of our office.
ACTIVITIES
- Welcome guests and clients with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring a hospitable environment in the reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, pantry, and meeting rooms, ensuring all areas are presentable and well-stocked.
- Manage appointment and meeting room bookings, coordinate courier services, and handle incoming and outgoing mail, in addition to general administrative duties.
- Monitor and manage stationery and pantry supplies, ensuring timely replenishment of essential office items.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, including handling feedback and complaints.
- Basic proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to assist where needed.
