Crewing Executive

Fratelli Cosulich Singapore is seeking for a Crewing Executive to support the Shipping department. The perfect candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vessels are adequately manned in accordance with Flag State requirements and the company's Safety Management System. You will manage the full crew lifecycle, from recruitment and training to contractual compliance, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to international maritime regulations.

• Ensuring that the ships are adequately manned in accordance with Flag State requirement and as per company’s Safety Management System.
• Ensuring that the crew are suitably qualified, trained and medically fit, meeting the relevant STCW, ILO, MPA and MOM requirements.
• Identifying crew training requirements, plan, arrange mandatory and non- mandatory training/course of crew as per guidance from Shipping Manager.
• To ensure proper PPE are being supplied to all staff and maintain and monitoring records of PPE supplied.
• Update and maintain personal files of shipboard staff.
• Arrange medical check-ups, obtain local working permit, travel, lodging, and other appointments for the crew.
• Institute disciplinary action as per Safety management System and as per guidance from Shipping Manager.
• Participating in management review meetings and office audits.
• Assisting and participating in any shipboard emergencies as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
• Coordinating crew sign-on/off process.
• Coordinating to ensure the crew are relieved on time and in the most cost-effective way.
• Prepare and brief sea staff on their employment contract and familiarization of Company’s policies.
• Assist as is required to support the functions of the departments.

• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Knowledge of Mandatory STCW certifications, Seafarer’s employment, MLC 2006, and Flag States requirement.
