Finance & Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team in Istanbul.

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of financial and accounting tasks, including overseas payment processing, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and legislation. If you have a strong background in finance, a solid grasp of general accounting practices, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

• Performing reconciliation negotiations for overseas collections and payments, completing the deficiencies
• Passing overseas payment instructions to banks and overseas collections, closures
• Preparation of financial reports
• Follow-up and collection of network reports included in overseas receivables
• Monthly and quarterly CAR (customer aging), SAR (supplier aging), BCL , Preparation of EI reports
• Execution of E-Ledger processes
• Support the preparation of financial statements
• Support the fulfilment of transactions related to general accounting in accordance with legislation, accounting procedures and regulations,
• Support the creation of accounting records in accordance with the chart of accounts,
• Support the preparation of legal declarations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Finance or Business Administration,
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent command of General Accounting and Legislation,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Excellent communication and coordination skills,
• Completed military service for male candidates
