JOB DESCRIPTION

As  Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our Singapore, Bali and New Zealand operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while driving continuous improvement in financial processes. You will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, and compliance functions, working closely with senior management and the Group Finance Team to support strategic decision-making.

Additionally, you will coordinate local administrative and payroll matters, while referring to the Corporate HR policies of the Genoa office.

 

You will administratively report to the Singapore Managing Director and functionally to the Group Finance Team.

ACTIVITIES

  • Manage all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for Singapore, Bali and New Zealand offices.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, corporate governance standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee the company’s treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and hedging strategies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal professionals to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support senior management in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Supervise payments made by the Fratelli Cosulich Dubai and Catalano Bali and New Zealand offices, assisting in the preparation of financial statements for these entities.
  • Coordinate local administrative and payroll activities, in line with company policies.
  • Adhere to Corporate HR policies in collaboration with the Group HR team.
  • Lead or support special financial projects, including system improvements and process optimizations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Prior relevant experience at an international financial audit firm is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore financial regulations, tax compliance and accounting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage financial operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in treasury management and hedging will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
