Pesto Sea Group Portofino  is looking for a Yacht Agent Assistant to join the team for the summer season.

• Manage formalities related to yacht arrivals and departures, including interactions with Coastguard, Immigration, Customs, and Health Authorities. Ensure timely completion of all required documentation and compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide and coordinate support to crew members (conciergerie, medical and technical support, sourcing, provisioning…)
• Assist guests and crew (shoreside support and organization, VIP services, luxury shopping …)
• Manage relations with suppliers / partners

• Excellent English communication skills B2+ (you'll work in a bilingual environment).
• Curiosity and passion for travel and work in an international environment.
• Problem solving and a strong customer orientation.
• Flexibility. 
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
