Empowering Minds is our exclusive post graduate traineeship program for diverse and promising young graduate who are looking for their first experience in the maritime and shipping business in an international environment.We aim at training the future talents of Fratelli Cosulich Group giving them a comprehensive vision of our business, with a focus on Marine Energy, Shipping Agency, Yachting Agency, Freight Forwarding and Ship management.

• 3 month of training on Shipping Agency, Freight Forwarding, Marine Energy, ESG, Yachting and Ship Management, with frontal training supported by the best professional in our company from all over the world 
• 3 month of training on the job in the selected business unit

• Curiosity, ambition and passion for the maritime business.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Maritime Studies, or a related field is preferred.
